Common rail fastening system

Common rail fastening system is always the hot-sale products at home and aboard, including types of Clip Ⅲ, clip II and clip I.

Clip I fastening system

Clip I fastening system is generally used in the 50/60 kg/m standard rail line or line of semidiameter≥300m of concrete sleeper with shoulder.

Clip II fastening system

Clip II fastening system applies for 60 kg/m standard rail line or line of semidiameter≥300m of concrete sleeper with shoulder. Except for the clip, other parts are the same as Clip I fastening system.

Clip Ⅲ fastening system

Clip Ⅲ fastening system is usually applies to 60 kg/m rail of sleeper without shoulder, and it’s a boltless system.

High speed rail fastening system

As the name suggested, high Speed rail fastening system refers to the railway fastening system that applied for a rail capable of carrying a train that reaches passenger line speed at 350km/h （axle load less than 170kN） or mixed passenger and freight line speed at 250km/h（maximum axle load is 230kN）. AGICO Rail supplies high speed railway fastening systems including Type WJ-8, Type WJ-7, Clip V and Clip IV.

Type WJ-8 fastening system

Type WJ-8 fastening system applies to 60 kg/m rail of ballastless sleeper with shoulder.

Type WJ-7 fastening system

Type WJ-7 fastening system applies to 60 kg/m rail of ballastless sleeper without shoulder.

Clip V fastening system

Clip V fastening system applies to 60 kg/m rail of ballast and concrete sleeper with shoulder.

Clip IV fastening system

Clip IV fastening system applies to 60 kg/m rail of ballast and concrete sleeper without shoulder.

Subway fastening system

Excepting common rail fastening system and high-speed rail fastening system, AGICO Rail also provide some types of subway fastening system, such as DT Ⅲ fastening system, DT Ⅳ fastening system, DJK5-1 fastening system, DJK6 and so on.

DJK5-1 fastening system

DJK5-1 fastening system applies to 50 kg/m rail，and it is indirect spring system with Gauge Adjustment range: +8～-12mm.

Type DTVI2 Fastening System

Type DTVI2 Fastening System applies to 60 kg/m rail of sleeper without shoulder, and it is indirect spring system with Gauge Adjustment range: +8～-12mm.

DTⅣ1 fastening system

DTⅣ1 fastening system applies to 50 kg/m rail, and it is indirect spring system with Gauge Adjustment range: +4～-8mm.

DJK6 fastening system

DJK6 fastening system applies to 60 kg/m rail of sleeper without shoulder, and it is indirect spring system with Gauge Adjustment range: +8～-12mm.

DT Ⅲ & DT  Ⅳ  fastening system

DT Ⅲ applies to 60 kg/m rail and DT Ⅳ applies to 50 kg/m rail. This system’s top adjustment height is 10mm and its Gauge Adjustment range: +8～-12mm.
